Terms and Conditions for Bee Bright Clean

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bee Bright Clean (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Services Offered

Bee Bright Clean provides a range of commercial cleaning and pest control services including, but not limited to, office cleaning, industrial site sanitation, post-construction clean-up, janitorial services, deep cleaning, pest control consultation, insect extermination, preventative pest management, eco-friendly cleaning solutions, and waste management solutions.

All services are subject to availability, site inspection, and agreement on a detailed scope of work outlined in a service agreement or quote.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon during the service quotation process. Typically, invoices are issued upon completion of services or as per contract terms for recurring services. Payment is due within [X] days of the invoice date as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For one-off services, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. For contractual services, cancellation and rescheduling policies will be strictly governed by the individual service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide access to the premises at the agreed-upon times, ensure the work area is reasonably free of hazards that would impede our staff, and communicate any specific needs or concerns prior to service commencement. For pest control services, clients must adhere to pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bee Bright Clean will perform its services with reasonable care and skill. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
